Founded in 1985 by Jerry Williston & Ed Allen, Williston-Allen Associates Inc. focus was selling HVAC parts, controls and service accessories in the 6 New England states and upstate NY, calling on HVAC/R wholesale distributors, service and installation contractors as well as plan and spec reps and mechanical engineers.
The company expanded into the HVAC equipment side of the business in the early 1990s, offering residential unitary, ductless mini-split, and light commercial equipment to their growing customer base.
Ed Allen purchased Williston’s half in early 2007, and since then the firm has added key sales professionals to significantly grow the business, selling a range of products by top quality HVAC/R manufacturers into the northeast US.
Today, the firm’s territory includes MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME, NY, NJ, and Eastern PA, while our extensive network includes the top HVAC/R wholesale distributors, mechanical contractors, HVAC service and installation techs, plan & spec reps and design engineers.
