Charles Bronner - VP of Sales

Charles Bronner is a dynamic leader in the HVAC industry with nearly two decades of expertise driving sales excellence and fostering client relationships. He began his career in 2005 as a manufacturer’s representative, where he honed his technical knowledge and cultivated a deep understanding of HVAC systems and market demands. His hands-on experience in this role laid a strong foundation for his transition to customer-centric sales.  

In 2007, Charles joined Williston-Allen Associates as a Sales Representative, quickly distinguishing himself through his strategic approach, tenacity, and ability to connect with clients and manufacturers alike. Over the next decade, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s regional footprint, consistently exceeding sales targets and earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.  

Recognized for his vision and leadership, Charles was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2017. In this role, he oversees the company’s sales strategy, mentors a high-performing team, and strengthens partnerships with top-tier HVAC manufacturers. Warren Little - Regional Sales & Training Manager

Warren Little joined Williston-Allen Associates in 2019 as a Regional Sales Manager. With over 15 years in the HVAC industry, Warren has developed a deep understanding of merging manufacturing and distribution to support contractor’s needs. Warren previously held many roles at an HVAC manufacturer specializing in industrial maintenance equipment. There he successfully launched a new brand of maintenance tools into the industry. Since joining Williston-Allen Associates, Warren has expanded his expertise across a broader range of HVAC products and categories. Warren finds success in building relationships, working closely with contractors, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training to distributors. Warren’s passion lies in bridging the gap between manufacturers, distributors and contractors, ensuring exemplary service, and innovative solutions.

Jason Mancarella - Regional Sales and Training Manager

Jason’s attention to detail, HVAC Knowledge and problem solving abilities allow him to provide the highest quality of customer service.

In his 26 years in the HVAC world he spent 16 years in the trade starting as a technician and working up to being a general manager of multiple companies and managing as many as 150 technicians. Jason went on to starting his wholesale distribution career as a Branch Manager, Director of HVAC and lastly VP of Sales before starting his current role with Williston-Allen. Jason has been recognized as a top ten influential leader in the inverter market by an industry leading manufacture and has multiple certifications in all aspects of the HVAC world.
